Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the VidyalayaApp web application and the VidyalayaApp Parent and Teacher mobile apps (the "Service"), operated by Vidyalaya App. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & access

Staff accounts are issued by your school. Parent access is granted by the school after verifying the student's details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and device secure, and for activity under your account or approved device.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for legitimate school purposes;
• Do not attempt to access information you are not authorized to see;
• Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service;
• Do not share access with unauthorized people.

School data

Schools own and control the data they enter. We process it to provide the Service. Access can be granted or revoked by the school at any time.

Notifications

The Service may send push notifications related to your school (e.g. announcements). You can disable them in your device settings.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vidyalaya App is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
